I have 4 years experience in mortgage banking with over 50 loans closed, and 6 years experience in real estate with over 95 transactions completed to date. I can assist you in developing raw land as well as in all aspects of residential real estate and professional practice sales and purchases. My 5+ years experience as a paralegal comes in handy with negotiating the more legalistic aspects of real estate including tenant relations.  I particularly enjoy helping people purchase their first home. Before entering real estate and banking, I spent 22 years practicing chiropractic and acupuncture, becoming the first acupuncturist and second chiropractor appointed to teach workers' compensation procedures to California physicians. I have been a professor for three acupuncture colleges and two chiropractic colleges.  I teach clinical and business management courses when not assisting people to acquire, sell, or develop their properties.

I am certified as a green realtor by the National Association of Realtors.

I'm married to Maggie Jing Liu Pearce who is a native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese.  We have two young boys.  We look forward to sharing our knowledge of how to get your children the best education available in each school district you might consider.  We have extensive knowledge of  private schools in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties.
